Life can get quite busy sometimes and it is important to remember to eat quality foods in order to keep your energy up. One of my ‘go to' are nuts. They contain healthy fat which your body burn slower than sugar. As a result, you don't have to eat as much, as often.

This is the perfect breakfast on a hot summer day. I love avocados as they are filled with healthy fat and provide many health benefits. I used it in this recipe to give it a rich and smooth texture. I used a banana for its energy and its sweetness. I topped this smoothie bowl with berries and shredded coconut to keep it light and refreshing. You can also top it with nuts, chocolate or dried fruits.
