Turmeric has become one of my favorites spices to use in recipes. The reason being, it has multiple health benefits. Turmeric can help prevent or reduce effects of some diseases. One of the best-known benefits of this spice is its anti-inflammatory compound. Some studies show that Turmeric is more effective than most of the over the counter pain medication. You might not know but, it can also help prevent weight loss.

You should know that Turmeric does not have a strong taste so it is easy to pair with different foods and spices.
