Life can get quite busy sometimes and it is important to remember to eat quality foods in order to keep your energy up. One of my ‘go to' are nuts. They contain healthy fat which your body burn slower than sugar. As a result, you don't have to eat as much, as often.
I am a big fan of not eating the same thing everyday and I get bored if I do. For that reason, I like to add a bit of spice and flavor to my meals and snacks. This recipe is a great example of a healthy flavourful snack.
Healthy because nuts contain healthy fat and also because Turmeric, in the curry powder, is an anti-inflammatory. Flavourful because it taste good!
