Raw Energy Balls

I don't know about you but it seems like I am always late in the morning. No matter how early I wake up and how much time I give myself to get ready, I always end up running to get to work on time. It goes without saying that I don't have time to eat breakfast at home before I leave. Since I am not capable of skipping breakfast (I wake up hungry most days), I bring my breakfast to work. Packing a balanced breakfast can be tricky. Here are my rules: the breakfast has to be
– Quick
– Simple
– Filling
– Healthy
– Easy to pack

This is why I came up with these raw energy balls. They check all the boxes and they have a good balance of good fat, protein and carbohydrates.  The balls are made of dark chocolate, almonds, pecans and dates to help you start the day on the right foot.

Give it a try and let me know what you think in the comment box below. You can also tag me @vic.r_c. on Instagram.

Thanks & Enjoy!
