I don't know about you but it seems like I am always late in the morning. No matter how early I wake up and how much time I give myself to get ready, I always end up running to get to work on time. It goes without saying that I don't have time to eat breakfast at home before I leave. Since I am not capable of skipping breakfast (I wake up hungry most days), I bring my breakfast to work. Packing a balanced breakfast can be tricky. Here are my rules: the breakfast has to be – Quick – Simple – Filling – Healthy – Easy to pack
This is why I came up with these raw energy balls. They check all the boxes and they have a good balance of good fat, protein and carbohydrates. The balls are made of dark chocolate, almonds, pecans and dates to help you start the day on the right foot.
