I made up this recipe on my birthday. I had promised myself that I wouldn't cook that day. My husband and I had plans to go out for dinner in the evening. However, when lunch time came, I was so hungry that I had to make something. I decided to put together this very easy salad. It is packed with protein (20g per serving) so it made me feel full until dinner. Since all I did was opening cans, mashing avocados and mixing everything together, I could say that is was not really cooking? Anyways, I can honestly say that I did not expect it to taste as good. lol
