  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup homemade nuts & fruits mix*
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/8 cup cacao nibs

Instructions
  1. Peel, slice the banana and put in a bowl
  2. Add all the other ingredients
  3. Eat.

*You can use my Homemade nuts & fruits mix to get the maximum protein and less sugar. You can also create your own or buy any trail mix you like.
