These delightful treats are made with banana and almond flour. There is no sugar added in the recipe. The sweetness comes from the banana and the chocolate. I used semi-sweet chocolate chips in the dough but you can easily drop it or replace it with cacao nibs or cranberries. The more ripe your bananas are, the sweeter the cookies will be. You can also skip the chocolate dipping to make them into breakfast cookies.
Perfect for potlucks, afternoon tea, family gathering or just because.
