These delightful treats are made with banana and almond flour. There is no sugar added in the recipe. The sweetness comes from the banana and the chocolate. I used semi-sweet chocolate chips in the dough but you can easily drop it or replace it with cacao nibs or cranberries. The more ripe your bananas are, the sweeter the cookies will be. You can also skip the chocolate dipping to make them into breakfast cookies. Perfect for potlucks, afternoon tea, family gathering or just because. Gluten free Vegan Paleo Dairy free (depending which chocolate you use)

Why are you so addictive? Very few of us, humans, don't like you. In fact, you seem to be around for every occasion: you win our hearts and make us fall in love, you comfort us in time of sorrow, you give us energy when we are tired and you are the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. Yet, when enhanced with sugar, you also make it very difficult to keep our diet on track. Many of us have tried to live without you but you always find a way to come back to us. Oh chocolate! How do we get rid of you?
Surprise, surprise! We don't have to get rid of chocolate to lose weight: we just have to manipulate it a bit to make it healthier. That is right! You can definitely have the cake and eat it too!
This brownie is one of the healthiest, tastiest and easiest one I've made. It requires simple ingredients and it is ready in 90 seconds. You can't go wrong with it. Now, keep in mind that it is a healthy brownie but, if you want to go crazy, you can always add a handful of chocolate chips to it ;). Have a try and satisfy your chocolate cravings.
