This Chocolate-Raspberry mousse has become one of the favorites in my house. Not only that it tastes amazing, but it is pretty simple to make. You can serve it into small glasses for a more sophisticated presentation or you can eat it directly from the jar (that is usually what I end up doing). The raspberry mousse gives a nice contrast to the chocolate, and both together enhance one another.
I love, love, love that dessert as it is creamy and light, as well as rich and healthy. You can indulge without feeling too guilty. Keep in mind though that it all depends on the amount you eat. Moderation people, moderation.
