You might not know but, it can also help prevent weight loss.

When the BBQ season was at its peak, I had to come up with a flavorful burger recipe. I opted for a bunless burger since I try to avoid wheat as much as possible. The challenge was to find a way to make my burgers more filling so I don't need to eat a lot of patties to feel full. I am not a fan of poached eggs with meat so I opted to top my burgers with guacamole instead.  Turned out that the turkey burger and the guacamole are a perfect match!  These bunless burgers are absolutely delicious. Whether you grill them or cook them on the stove, they remain very flavourful.

This bread is amazing and it only needs 90 seconds to cook… in the microwave! 

I found a lot of bread recipes made with coconut flour. There is nothing wrong with coconut flour but I personally prefer almond flour.  One day, I wanted a sandwich and I was out of bread. I thought to myself: ‘If I can make brownies in 2 minutes, I should be able to make bread in that time too!' 

After a few misses, I got it: a moist and flavorful bread made in 90 seconds with almond flour. This is now my go to bread. The recipe only makes 1 little bread at a time though.  Doubling the recipe to make multiple breads at a time does not work. I will work on finding a solution. Until then, please enjoy this recipe: I bet you'll be pleasantly surprised.
