This is a refreshing breakfast. Perfect for when you don't feel like having something too sweet in the morning. I used orange zest and nutmeg to freshen things up. This breakfast cookie idea came to me one day because I had ripe bananas and I was out of flour. I was also out of things to eat for breakfast the next day so I had to make something up. Basically, it was time for me to go grocery shopping. That being said, I went through my kitchen cabinet and found a bit of this and a bit of that. I put all of it together and TADA!
